The first step in any real estate transaction is to review your real estate agreement of purchase and sale to ensure that you have received all that you bargained for.
When acting for the purchaser, the second step is to allow Key Law to run the specialized land title searches to confirm that you do not end up with surprises like unregistered easements or zoning by-law issues that can cost you significant sums of money to rectify at a later point. We also apply on your behalf for title insurance and will explain all details of your Real Estate transaction.
The next step is drafting the required documents for final signing before the scheduled closing day. Our clients are a priority to us, and we can arrange for out of office signing at a time and place of your convenience.
Finally, on the date of closing, you receive your keys to your newly purchased property or receive the funds obtained from the sale of your property.
